Your handmade, bespoke sofa will be delivered within 8-10 weeks from when you confirm your order by our white glove courier service at a time agreed with you in advance.
It will be installed in the room of your choice.
Returns: As all of our sofas are hand made specifically to your requirements and just for you, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds unless the sofa is damaged prior to delivery or is materially different from that which you ordered.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
