FAQs

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We aim to have all orders delivered to you within 3-5 days, with the exception of our bespoke sofas which will take between 8-10 weeks.
For larger furniture items, including sofas, we will use our logistics partners and will agree a delivery slot with you in advance.

CAN FURNITURE BE DELIVERED OVERSEAS?

We are able to arrange delivery overseas but costs and timeframes will vary. Please contact us at help@avenue555.com for a quote.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ORDER A BESPOKE SOFA?

When you place an order for a bespoke sofa, we will email you to confirm your understanding of your commitment. A sample of your chosen fabric will be sent to you and you will then need you to confirm your acceptance before we can place the order.

A follow up email will be sent to you asking you to confirm your wish to proceed.

The items will then be made based on the preferences you specified at the time of order and arrangements for delivery will be made between you and our logistics partners.

In order to deliver to your room of choice, please ensure you have sufficient space available to accept the delivery e.g. staircases, doorway, hallways and loft conversions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE FABRIC?

Once you have placed your initial order for your sofa, we will send you a sample of the fabric for your approval.

If you want to change your fabric choice, you will be able to request another fabric sample in the email that will be sent to you prior to us commencing work on your sofa.

A sample of your revised fabric choice will be sent to you and the process will begin again.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us at our expense for a full refund if it’s within 28 days of delivery to you and it shows no signs of use.

Simply email us at help@avenue555.com and we will send you a return label. Pack the item securely and affix the label. Take it to your nearest post office and drop it off.

For larger items, email us at help@avenue555.com and we will arrange to collect it free of charge and assuming there are no signs of use, we will issue a full refund.

Please remember that you cannot return, cancel or amend an order for a sofa.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER

You should receive an order confirmation email from us immediately after placing your order. If you haven’t received it check in your junk folder but if it definitely hasn’t arrived, drop us a line to help@avenue555.com and we’ll send it out again.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS ONCE I’VE PLACED THE ORDER?

Send us an email to help@avenue555.com telling us what you need to change and we’ll do our best to make the changes.
Either way, we’ll reply to let you know.
